TRI LEANG AIRCON
was established in 2007 and has a dedicated and experienced team of tradespeople including air conditioning mechanics and technicians. These team members help us to focus on and successfully deliver the key elements of our business, namely air conditioning installation, air conditioning maintenance and air conditioning service in Phnom Penh. We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction every step of the way.
In 2010, TRI LEANG AIRCON began to incorporate air conditioners into its portfolio of products for sale to retail outlets and individual consumers looking for HVAC systems.
It was in 2015 that TRi LEANG AIRCON decided to solely specialize in supplying and installing of HVAC units to individual household and other retail outlets in Phnom Penh, and also in maintenance, servicing and repair of air conditioner.
Since then the company has been experiencing steady growth mainly through its adherence to core business ethics of integrity and value for money and its mission to provide the best air conditioning service in Phnom Penh.

We are an authorized distributor world brand of Air Conditioners and Accessories such as, Carrier Brand(USA), Daikin Brand(Japan), Toshiba brand (Japan), DuPont Refrigerant/Chemours(USA), Trion Refrigerant(English),Superlon insulation (Malaysia), and LHCT Copper Coil(Thailand).
Meet Our Team
Mr. Sok Sopheng, aged 36, a Cambodian, is our CEO and President since the start of our business. Currently, he is responsible for overseeing the business development activities and strategic planning of our Company. He has obtained a Degree of Information Technology (IT) in 2003 from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and Major in Marketing in 2004 from National University of Management. He has more than fifteen (15) years of business management experience. After his graduation, he was involved with one of the beverage manufacturing companies as an IT Solutions Manager and Sales Supervisor.
Mrs. Taing Wouchleang, aged 33, a Cambodian, is our Vice President since the start of our business. Currently, she is responsible for overseeing our production as well as responsible for the financial matters of our Company. She has more than eighteen (18) years in business management. Before starting the business with her husband, Mr. Sok Sopheng, she was working as a General Manager and Head of International Public Relationship of PTC Computer for eleven years. Thereafter, Mrs. Taing Wouchleang was involved with Cambodia-Singapore Hewlett-Packard’s (HP’s) Marketing and Imagination Division, and with Products Development and Service Manager Division of Cambodia-Singapore Toshiba Mobile Computing.
Operation Department is the biggest department among others in TRILEANG AIRCON. It is lead by Ms. Kum Soklen, aged 30, a Cambodian. This passionate team ensures the excellence of all kind of services provided to customers,prepare and implement Company’s Regulation, as well as take care of others inner tasks so that the overall productivity can be improved as efficiently as possible.
Accounting Department is lead by Mrs. Mech Sreyroth, aged 26, a Cambodian. This genuine team is responsible for recording and reporting the cash flow transaction inside TRILEANG AIRCON. This department has some key roles and responsibilities, including accounts receivable, account payable, payroll, financial reporting and maintaining financial control.
Business Development Department is the main source that gather the most income into TRILEANG AIRCON. It is lead by Mr. Lee, our President. This ambitious team is responsible for overseeing the sale process in order to attract new clients, identify and manage risks and maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Sale Distribution Section is under Business Development Department and is lead by Mr. Ngan Sok, aged 31, a Cambodian. This determined team participating in finding income by distribute goods to a distributors and dealer across the country.
Stock Section is under Accounting Department and is lead by Mr. Thy Von, aged 21, a Cambodian. This energetic team involves storing, tracking and controlling inventory in order to make sure that there are adequate stock available. Last but not least, stock controllers are also responsible for delivery and shipping confirmations.
Technical Section is under Operation Department and is lead by Mr. Lim Chanthorn, aged 27, a Cambodian. This potent team is fluently knowledgeable in any air conditioner related services such as air conditioning installation, cleaning, repairing and check up.
